Study: Transcriptomics of Archaeoglobus fulgidus grown on 2-methoxyphenol versus lactate with sulfate at electron acceptor
show Abstracthide Abstract
Archaeoglobus fulgidus VC-16 (DSM 4304) was grown on 2-methoxyphenol or lactate as carbon and energy source and sulfate as terminal electron acceptor. RNA was extracted from three replicate cultures. For library preparation the TruSeq Stranded mRNA Library Prep protocol (Illumina, San Diego, California USA) was used and the library was sequenced using an Illumina MiSeq machine (San Diego, CA) to generate 150 bp single-end reads.
Sample: Methoxyphenol replicate 1
